Dorothy Mulligan, OD
After earning her bachelor’s degree in biology at Roger Williams University and completing minors in Psychology and Public Health, Dr. Mulligan earned her Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Mulligan completed an internship and optometric training in disease at Woolfson Eye Institute in Atlanta, here in CT at the Newington Veterans Medical Center, and completed training in pediatrics at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia. Being from CT, Dr. Mulligan is proud to provide care within the community that she grew up in. Outside of work, she is an avid runner, plays guitar, and enjoys spending time with family.
